Men’s Bible Study to Begin February 28, 2016!

 The men of the Cornerstone small group are inviting men from 21+ to a men’s Bible study.  It begins this Sunday night, February 28, 2016, at the home of Jesse and Susan Field, 1104 Oakmont Circle, 74801.  The time is 6:00PM.  James MacDonald via DVD will present material on Doubting, Complaining, Critical, Rebellious, Covetous attitudes to be replaced by Thankful, Contentment, Faith, Love, and Voluntary submission to intimacy with God. Great lessons and keys to open the fullness of God’s blessing on your life, and the life of your family.

The cost of the book is $16.00 and they will be available Sunday night for purchase.  Mitch Hembree will be leading the study with Charles Prescott assisting.   Please join us for this time of study and fellowship at the “Field House!"

Grief Share

Financial Peace Seminar

Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace Seminar also starts on March 2 at 6:00 pm in Fellowship Hall.

 

Lenten Luncheon

The Lenten Luncheon will meet in the Fellowship Hall at First Baptist Church at 12:00 pm on Thursday, March 3. Everyone welcome; donations help pay for the food.

 

 

Nursery Workers Needed!

We are in need of volunteers in the Nursery. We have 3 positions available in Kid’s Chapel during worship service. Please contact Elaine Hawkins at 613-1937 to volunteer.

The Youth and Family Minister Search Committee would greatly appreciate your prayers as they begin interviewing possible candidates in the next two weeks.  They have added two youth elected by the youth group (Harper Morris and Caleb Jennings) to serve on the committee and be involved in the interview process.
