New extended times are 5:00– 6:45 pm. Menus will rotate between these choices: Breakfast, Italian Night, and Chicken Night with alternatives for special occasions.
Cost are $7 for ages 12—adults
$4 for ages 6-11 years old
$2 for ages 5 and under
There is still a maximum of $20 per family.
This week’s menu will be Biscuits, Baked Chicken (2 ways), Zucchini & Tomatoes, Corn, Tossed Salad, and Swiss Chocolate Cake.
We will also offer a FREE kids sack meal for kids Pre K through 6th grade at 6:30 pm.
Guest Speaker – Brett Ellard
We are currently having a special guest during our Parent's Bible Study - Bret Ellard. Bret is a local LPC and a wise Christian therapist. He is coming to talk to us about strengthening our marriages, and we would love for you to be there, even if you don't have kids. (Meets Wed at 6:45 pm in the Children’s Area.) Oct. 12 is “Conflict Resolution.” This is an incredible opportunity for all of us to get some basic marriage tools to strengthen our relationships. We want to see your marriage flourish and glorify our Lord Jesus!
Single and Parenting
Wednesday; 6:45 PM; childcare available for all ages; Please be on the lookout for single parents in our community and bring them to "Single and Parenting."
Senior Adult Trip
A visit to the General Thomas P. Stafford Air and Space Museum in Weatherford, OK on Thursday, October 13. The museum has a large collection of NASA objects and items related to Stafford’s time. We will leave (from FBC) promptly at 8:00 am and plan to return by 3:00 pm. Cost is $13 to cover transportation and admission. Lunch in Weatherford not included in cost.
Fall Fellowship at the Ford Family Farm
4-6:30 pm, Sunday, October 16
Bring chips or a side dish and lawn chairs. Enjoy dinner, bluegrass music and old fashioned games including corn toss, sack races, hayrides and more.
